Good morning,
We recently purchased a number of items at your store.  Throughout the process we were assisted by Teresa Fernandes.  We just wanted to send you a quick note to let you know that we were very impressed with the extremely high level of service provided by Teresa.  She was very professional and very knowledgeable in every  aspect along the way. She took the time and effort to ensure that we ended up with right pieces and to ensure that we were happy with our purchases.  This high level of service is rare these days and it’s something that the organization I am a part of strives to achieve.  We want to thank Teresa for all her help and expertise.  We will definitely be back to your store for future purchases.

I just wanted to drop you a quick line to tell you what a delight it was to shop at Direct Interiors. I was referred to you by my friend and my experience was definitely as wonderful as she said it would be. I was searching for a very specific Bob Mackie coffee table and although they are hard to come by in Canada, you carried them and much more. Not only were your prices better than your competitors but your service was stellar and more than anything, this is what will bring me back again.

I wanted to extend a token of appreciation for helping me with my furniture selection. I must say that your tenacity and care made it possible for me to be completely satisfied. I am grateful for your time and patience. Your professionalism has secured my confidence and trust in Direct Interiors. I thank you from the bottom of my heart.

I bought a bedroom furniture manufactured by Villageois from Direct Interiors about three (or four) years ago. I had a problem with one of the drawers and called to see what can be done to help me fix the problem. A repair technician was sent to my home and he was able to fix the problem. And this furniture was purchased that long ago.

Thank you and your staff for an excellent customer service. Will be coming back soon for some living room tables.

Good morning Vanessa!


Just wanted to say a big thank you to you and the staff at Direct Interiors!

The guys did an amazing job with the delivery on Saturday and were very helpful with our questions...they were neat, quick and efficient!  Isabella LOVES her big girl bed...all she wants to do is jump on it while singing the nursery rhyme "Five Little Monkeys Jumping on the Bed"!  LOL!  I've attached a picture of the work in progress.  I'm still working on the décor and turning her room from a nursery to a "big girl" room as she calls it!  (And don't mind the bed skirt, I have to pin it because it is too long for the toddler level - thank god my mother-in-law is a retired seamstress and she has an eye for this sort of stuff!)


Thanks again, and I hope you don't mind, but I will contacting you soon to help with picking out something for my entrance.  Oh, and I love the new website :)
